Program Outcomes (POs):
PO-1 Critical Thinking and Decision-making Skills: Students are able to define, analyze, and devise solutions for structured and unstructured business problems and issues using cohesive and logical reasoning patterns for evaluating information, materials, and data. PO-2 Understanding Business Functions: Students demonstrate technical competence in domestic and global business through clarity in major disciplines within the field of business. PO-3 Communication Skills: Students are able to conceptualize a complex issue into a coherent written statement and oral presentation. PO-4 Interpersonal Skill Development: Students can function effectively as an individual, and as a member or leader in diverse teams, and in multidisciplinary settings. PO-5 Entrepreneurial ability and Innovative thinking: Students can demonstrate the fundamentals of creating and managing innovation, new business development, and high-growth potential entities. PO-6 Technology Skills: Students are competent in the use of modern technology in organizational operations and management. PO-7 Ethics, Environment and sustainability: Apply ethical principles and commit to professional ethics and responsibilities of the Management practice. Students can understand the impact of the professional solutions in societal and environmental contexts, create responsible and sustainable alternatives and demonstrate the knowledge of and need for sustainable development. PO-8 Life-long learning: Recognize the need for, and have the preparation and ability to engage in independent and life-long learning in the broadest context of constantly changing business environment.
Program Educational Objectives (PEOs):
PEO-I To acquire core business knowledge in a manner that enables application and innovation in different types of organisations such as corporate entities, government bodies, NGOs, inter- government organizations & start-ups. PEO-II To prepare students to exhibit critical, analytical and reflective thinking to analyse business environment and take effective decisions. PEO-III To learn to work with people, lead & engage them individually and as teams. To sensitively handle diversity in people in terms of gender, nationality, region, language, culture & beliefs and work with stated and unstated differences of views, beliefs & customs. . PEO-IV To imbibe responsibility and respect for all and continuously strive for justice, ethics, equality, honesty, and integrity both in personal and professional pursuits.
Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs):
PSO-I Develop high quality educational environment in Management at undergraduate level. PSO-II Enable students to become competitive at the national and international level by providing innovative pedagogical techniques, applications of information technologies, group activities and presentations, class discussions and e- learning within the classroom. PSO-III Prepare the students to have strong foundation in various domains of management, economics, entrepreneurship and their application in organizations. PSO-IV Develop managerial outlook to pursue professional careers and take up higher educational courses in management.
